摘要
卒中后交感神经异常,大脑兴奋性和抑制性神经递质的失衡,是卒中肢体功能障碍的重要机制。以此为基础,本研究总结了传统耳穴疗法和经耳迷走神经刺激技术对卒中后肢体功能障碍治疗方面的研究进展,探索了两种耳穴疗法在治疗卒中肢体功能障碍中对脑功能区及神经递质水平的影响机制,通过研究耳穴疗法治疗卒中后肢体功能障碍的神经传导-中枢调节-执行的网络机制,提出了“耳穴-脑干-基底核-神经递质-皮层网络-肢体”机制的设想。
The imbalance of excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brain caused by sympathetic nerve activation after stroke is an important mechanism of stroke limb dysfunction.Based on this,this study summarizes the research progress of traditional auricular acupuncture therapy and taVNS in the treatment of post-stroke limb dysfunction,and explores the mechanism of the two auricular acupuncture therapy on the brain functional area in the treatment of stroke limb dysfunction.The network mechanism of nerve conduction-central regulation-execution in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke,put forward the idea of"auricular point-brain stem-basal ganglia-neurotransmitter-cortical network-limb"mechanism.
