采煤机球形滚筒端盘结构的优化改进研究

摘要 在对采煤机滚筒端盘结构及其作用进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了球形滚筒端盘在实践应用中存在端盘与煤壁间隙较小的问题,加剧了端盘结构的磨损,缩短了其使用寿命。通过将蝶形端盘替代平端盘的方式对其进行结构优化,对蝶形端盘的整体结构及圆周上截齿的布置情况进行了详细设计,共设置有18个截齿,所有截齿分为五大类型,不同类型截齿的安装角度存在差异。将优化后的碟形端盘应用到球形滚筒实践中,经现场测试应用,发现取得了很好的效果,端盘使用寿命延长20%。 On the basis of a brief introduction to the structure of the end plate of the coal mining machine drum and its function,the problems existing in the practical application of the spherical drum end plate are analysed,which are mainly the small gap between the end plate and the coal wall,which exacerbates the wear and tear of the structure of the end plate and shortens its service life.The structural optimisation is carried out by replacing the flat end plate with a butterfly end plate,and the overall structure of the butterfly end plate and the arrangement of the teeth on the circumference are designed in detail,with a total of 18 teeth,all of which are divided into five major types,and the installation angles of the teeth of different types are different.The optimised disc end plate is applied to the spherical drum practice,and after the field test application,it is found to have achieved very good results,and the service life of the end plate is extended by 20%.
