摘要
防突钻孔轨迹是检测防突措施实施情况的重要手段,通过对钻孔轨迹的测量和分析,可以制定合理的钻探方案,保证钻孔施工的安全和高效。根据《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》(2019年版)要求,需要对区域防突措施钻孔与效果检验钻孔进行轨迹测定。结合山脚树矿煤层地质条件及采掘布置情况,利用ZXC1000矿用钻孔测斜仪对采二区221015运输巷对1-3号钻孔进行了测定实验。结果表明,ZXC1000矿用钻孔测斜仪能够顺利实现开孔定位和钻孔轨迹测斜(左、右偏差及上、下偏差),1-3号钻孔通过ZXC1000矿用钻孔测斜仪与经纬仪测量对比,其钻孔末端(孔深96 m)左、右及上、下偏差均在1.7 m范围内,测定轨迹较为准确,根据钻孔轨迹能确定区域防突钻孔覆盖范围是否有盲区。研究成果对于评价区域防突措施有效性检验、防突隐患辨识具有重要意义。
The outburst prevention drilling trajectory is an important means to detect the implementation of outburst prevention measures.Through the measurement and analysis of the drilling trajectory,a reasonable drilling plan can be formulated to ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling construction.According to the requirements of the"Detailed Rules for Prevention and Control of Coal and Gas Outbursts"(2019 edition),it is necessary to measure the trajectory of the drilling for regional outburst prevention measures and the effect inspection drilling.Combined with the coal seam geological conditions and excavation layout of Shanjiaoshu Cola Mine,the ZXC1000 mining drilling inclinometer was used to conduct measurement experiments on No.1-3 drilling in the No.221015 transportation roadway of the No.2 mining area.The results show that the ZXC1000 mining drilling inclinometer can successfully realize the opening positioning and the inclination measurement of the drilling trajectory(left and right deviations and up and down deviations),and the No.1-3 drilling can be measured by the ZXC1000 mining drilling inclinometer and theodolite.The left,right,top,and bottom deviations at the end of the drilling(depth of 96 m)were all within 1.7 m,and the measurement trajectory was relatively accurate.Based on the drilling trajectory,it is possible to determine whether there are blind areas in the coverage area of the regional anti-outburst drilling.The research results are of great significance for evaluating the effectiveness of regional anti-outburst measures and identifying potential risks.
