摘要
师生互动是教学管理的重要环节,对提高教学质量和学生综合素质具有深远意义。良好的师生互动有助于营造和谐的教学氛围,提升学生的学习兴趣和学习效果,但目前,中职教学管理中师生互动仍存在互动不足、互动方式单一等问题。文章通过理论分析和实证研究,探讨了中职教学管理中师生互动存在的问题,从增强教师互动意识、丰富互动形式、完善互动机制等方面入手,提出优化策略,以期全面优化师生互动,促进中职教学管理水平提升。
Teacher student interaction is an important part of teaching management,which has profound significance for improving teaching quality and students'comprehensive quality.Good teacher-student interaction can help create a harmonious teaching atmosphere,enhance students'learning interest and effectiveness,but currently,there are still problems with insufficient interaction and single interaction methods in vocational education management.This article explores the current situation and existing problems of teacher-student interaction in vocational education management through theoretical analysis and empirical research.Starting from strengthening teachers'awareness of interaction,enriching interaction forms,and improving interaction mechanisms,optimization strategies are proposed to comprehensively optimize teacher-student interaction and promote the improvement of vocational education management level.
