摘要
以石墨化炉高SO_(2)浓度烟气为例,采用石灰-石膏脱硫工艺,优化设计了双塔双循环、低烟气流速、高液气比、增效托盘、高效管束式除雾器等新技术和方法,实现烟气超低排放,为其他行业高SO_(2)浓度烟气超低治理提供了可靠的参考,具有重要的借鉴意义。
Taking the high SO_(2)concentration flue gas of graphitizing furnace as an example,the lime-gypsum desulphurization process is adopted,new technologies and methods,such as double-tower and double-cycle,low flue gas flow rate,high liquid-gas ratio,efficiency-enhancing tray and high efficiency tube-bundle mist eliminator,are optimized to realize ultra-low flue gas emission,it provides a reliable reference for ultra-low treatment of flue gas with high SO_(2)concentration in other industries,and has an important reference significance.
