摘要
气动脱硫技术是近年新兴的一种绿色环保技术,具有体积小、成本低、高效节能等优点,被广泛应用于我国的燃煤锅炉烟气超低排放改造工程中,取得了理想的脱硫效果。本文详细介绍了气动脱硫技术的原理、优点和应用进展,并以实际超低排放改造工程为例,综述了该技术的应用效果,以期对后续实际的工程应用提供科学依据和理论支持。
Aerodynamic flue gas desulfurization (AFGD) was arised in recent years as the green and environmental technology with advantages of small volume, low cost, energy-efficient, etc., which was widely applied in ultra-low emissions modification works of sulfur dioxide of coal-fired boiler effectively, and has achieved an ideal desulfurization effect. In this paper, the principle, advantages and application progress of pneumatic desulfurization technology are introduced in detail, and the application effect of this technology is reviewed with the actual ultra low emission transformation project as an example, so as to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the subsequent practical engineering application.
