摘要
针对电极在石墨化过程中产生的SO_(2)理论计算与实测浓度存在的差异展开讨论,从串接石墨化炉和艾奇逊石墨化炉的生产过程分析SO_(2)生成的机理,得出原料中析出的S未被完全氧化生成SO_(2),SO_(2)的生成曲线与S的析出曲线无关,并分析出石墨化过程中烟气中产生SO_(2)的真实情况。
In this study,the difference between theoretical calculation and measured concentration of SO_(2) produced by electrode graphitization is discussed.The formation mechanism of SO_(2) is investigated in the production process of lengthwise graphitization furnace and Acheson graphitization furnace.It is concluded that the volatile S in the raw material is not completely oxidized to form SO_(2).The formation curve of SO_(2) has nothing to do with the volatilization curve of S.The true situation of SO_(2) produced in the flue gas is analyzed.
