芳香木蠹蛾东方亚种危害与不同杨树品系物理性状的关系

Relationship between Damage Caused by Cossus cossus orientalis Gaede and Physical Characteristics of Different Populus Strains

摘要 以20个杨树品系为研究对象,调查芳香木蠹蛾东方亚种对不同杨树品系的危害株率,通过聚类分析明确其抗虫性,测量不同杨树品系的树高、胸径、材积、阴面树皮硬度、阳面树皮硬度、阴面树皮厚度和阳面树皮厚度7个物理指标,分析不同杨树品系危害率与以上物理性状的关系。研究结果表明:芳香木蠹蛾东方亚种对不同杨树品系的危害株率存在差异,危害株率为0~37.5%;20个杨树品系分为高抗(秦白杨3号、秦白杨4号、04-14-15、84K杨和新疆杨)、抗虫(04-19-14、秦白杨2号、秦白杨5号、07-17-18、毛白杨30号和04-16-10)、感虫(07-30-11、04-17-12、秦白杨7号、西北杨2号、秦白杨1号、西北杨1号、西北杨3号和I-101)、易感(秦白杨6号)4个类群,其中高抗类群平均抗虫率高达98.15%,而易感类群平均抗虫率仅为62.50%;芳香木蠹蛾危害与杨树胸径、材积呈正相关,与阳面树皮硬度呈负相关;胸径越大、材积越大、阳面树皮硬度越小,危害程度越高。芳香木蠹蛾偏好危害胸径、材积较大、阳面树皮硬度越低的杨树,因此杨树胸径、材积和阳面树皮硬度可作为选育抗芳香木蠹蛾品系的主要参考指标。 Twenty Populus strains were investigated for the damage rate of Cossus cossus orientalis Gaede.Cluster analysis was used to categorize the strains based on their resistance.Seven physical parameters,including tree height,diameter at breast height,volume,shaded bark hardness,sunny bark hardness,shaded bark thickness,and sunny bark thickness,were measured for the Populus strains.The relationships between the damage rate and these physical traits were analyzed.The results showed that the damage rate of C.cossus orientalis Gaede varied among the Populus strains,ranging from 0 to 37.5%.The 20 Populus strains were classified into four groups:highly resistant(Populus‘Qinbaiyang 3’,Populus‘Qinbaiyang 4’,04-14-15,Populus‘84K’,and Populus bolleana),insect resistant(04-19-14,Populus‘Qinbaiyang 2’,Populus‘Qinbaiyang 5’,07-17-18,Populus tomentosa 30,and 04-16-10),infestor(07-30-11,04-17-12,Populus‘Qinbaiyang 7’,Populus‘Xibeiyang 2’,Populus‘Qinbaiyang 1’,Populus‘Xibeiyang 1’,Populus‘Xibeiyang 3’,and I-101),and highly susceptible(Populus‘Qinbaiyang 6’).The highly resistant group had an average insect resistance rate of 98.15%,while the highly susceptible group had an average insect resistance rate of only 62.50%.The damage by C.cossus orientalis Gaede was positively correlated with diameter at breast height and volume of Populus,but negatively correlated with sunny bark hardness.Populus strains with larger diameter at breast height,greater volume,and lower sunny bark hardness were more preferred by C.cossus orientalis Gaede.Therefore,Populus diameter at breast height,volume,and sunny bark hardness can be used as the main reference indicators for breeding resistant strains of the C.cossus orientalis.
