摘要
测定了不同柳树品种或品系含水量、生长量、木材解剖结构等指标,采用逐步回归研究了这些指标在不同柳树品种或品系间的变化规律及与光肩星天牛危害程度之间的关系。光肩星天牛在6个柳树品种(系)间危害存在差异。旱柳上的危害明显较其他品种(系)严重,而在馒头柳、垂柳上较轻。柳树树皮含睡量与光肩星天牛卵孵化率呈极显著负相关关系,说明树皮含水量高,不利于天牛卵孵化。光肩星天牛对柳树的危害程度与树种解剖特征量中导管壁厚、木化细胞半径、木化细胞壁厚和纤维宽关系密切。
A number of willow varieties were selectect to measure the indices such as: water contents,biomass timber and anatomical structures. Through stepwise regression analysis of the damaging degree and the willow features, the relationship between the variant regulation of the indices among different willow varieties and damage degree by Anoplophora glabripennis were studied. The damage is more seriously in Salix matsudana than in other willow trees by Anoplophara glabripennis Motsch.. The correlative coefficients between other willow physical features and the longgihorn damaging indices all did not reach the significant level. The willow twig anatomy features which were significantly related to the longgihorn damage were the wall depth of vessel, the radius of xylem cell wall, the depth of xylem cell and the width of fiber.
