摘要
自1993年首家德资企业扎根太仓以来,太仓市已跃居成为在华德资企业集聚密度最高的县级市典范。为了深入揭示这一现象的内在规律,深度融合新经济地理学、演化经济地理学的路径依赖、共同演化的理论,并融入制度经济学与社会网络分析方法,构建了嵌入地域空间特征的“企业-政府-制度-网络”分析框架,提出“政府引导下的路径依赖选择模型”。梳理了太仓德资企业集群的演进历程,发展过程划分为历史偶然性(1993年)、路径创造(1993—2003年)、路径依赖与锁定(2003—2015年)、路径解锁与路径突破(2016年至今)4个阶段。重点讨论了德资企业在太仓投资和发展所呈现的“从集聚到集聚”的特征,即集聚太仓的德企在德国也呈现集聚态势。协同集聚机制与动态演化路径是太仓成为“德企之乡”的关键。
Since the first German-invested enterprise took root in Taicang in 1993,the city has become a paradigm among county-level cities with the highest concentration of German-invested enterprises in China.To delve into the inherent laws underlying this phenomenon,this paper integrates the path dependence theory and co-evolution theory from new economic geography and evolutionary economic geography,incorporating institutional economics and social network analysis methods,to construct an analytical framework of“enterprise-government-institution-network”embedded with regional spatial characteristics,and proposes a“path dependence selection model under government guidance.”This paper sorts out the evolution process of the cluster of German-invested enterprises in Taicang,dividing its development into four stages:historical contingency(1993),path creation(1993-2003),path dependence and lock-in(2003-2015),and path unlocking and breakthrough(2016-present).This paper focuses on the“from agglomeration to agglomeration”characteristic exhibited by German-invested enterprises in their investment and development in Taicang,i.e.,German enterprises agglomerating in Taicang also display a trend of agglomeration in Germany.The collaborative agglomeration mechanism and dynamic evolutionary path are crucial to Taicang’s evolution into the“hometown of German enterprises.”
