东北地区城市空间结构演进对环境影响的空间效应及门槛特征 被引量:10

Spatial Effects of Urban Spatial Structure Evolution on Environmental Pollution in Northeast China and Its Threshold Characteristics

摘要 以2004—2013年中国东北地区34个地级城市为研究样本,利用夜间灯光和PM2.5年均浓度遥感影像数据,对市域空间结构和环境污染水平进行测度,借鉴环境经济学中的STIRPAT模型,采用面板数据模型、面板门槛模型和空间计量模型等方法,考察东北地区城市空间结构对环境的影响,进而理清城市空间结构的环境响应机制,并探讨城市空间结构演进对环境影响的空间效应以及不同规模城市的门槛特征。研究发现:①东北地区城市空间结构的单中心发展产生了显著的污染减排效应。②城市空间结构对环境的影响存在城市规模尺度上的非线性门槛特征。③东北地区城市空间结构对环境污染的影响存在空间效应,本地区环境污染会加重邻近地区的环境污染,而本地区城市空间结构演进对环境污染具有抑制作用,邻近地区城市空间结构演进则会加重本地区环境污染。 Taking 34 prefecture-level cities in northeast China from 2004 to 2013 as research samples,this paper measures the urban spatial structure and environmental pollution respectively using nighttime lighting and PM2.5 annual average concentration remote sensing image data.By learning from STIRPAT model in environmental economics and combining panel data model,panel threshold model and panel spatial econometric model,it investigates the impact of urban spatial structure on the environment in northeast China,clarifies the environmental response mechanism of urban spatial structure,and explores the spatial impact of urban spatial structure evolution on the environment and threshold effect characteristics in different size of urban.The results show that:1)The single-centered urban spatial structure in northeast China has produced significant pollution reduction effects.2)The impact of urban spatial structure on the environment has nonlinear threshold characteristics on the size of urban.3)The impact of urban spatial structure on environmental pollution in northeast China has significantly spatial effects.Environmental pollution in local region will enhance environmental pollution in adjacent region,while urban spatial structure evolution in local region will have an inhibitory effect on environmental pollution.Urban spatial structure evolution in adjacent region will increase environmental pollution in local region.
