基于福建预警发布系统融合应用气象灾害综合风险普查成果设计

摘要 为进一步发挥气象防灾减灾“第一道防线”作用,文章阐述了基于福建省突发事件预警信息发布系统,融合应用气象灾害综合风险普查成果建设的总体架构、关键技术和功能设计与实现。利用国密算法设计气象灾害综合风险普查成果数据信息接入流程、安全交互流程,结合基于空间插值算法的色斑渲染技术和多因子查询、报表定制化技术,研发实现普查成果展示、查询、报表输出等功能,对气象灾害综合风险普查数据在数字化、信息化应用推广中起到借鉴作用。 In order to further play the role of the“the first line of defense”of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,this paper expounds the overall architecture,key technology and functional design and realization of the construction of meteorological disaster comprehensive risk survey results based on the Fujian emergency early warning Information release system.It uses the secret algorithm to design meteorological disaster comprehensive risk survey results data information access process,security interaction process,combines with the color rendering technology based on spatial interpolation algorithm and multi-factor query and report customization technology,and the functions of survey results display,query,and report output are developed and realized,which plays a reference role in digital and information application promotion for the meteorological disaster comprehensive risk survey data.
