摘要
文章阐述了气象历史资料查询与统计系统的设计方案,同时对历史报文查询、历史要素查询、报表统计查询3个子系统的实现进行了详细介绍。应用结果表明,该系统提高了用户在上报报表时统计资料的效率和准确性。
This paper expounds the design scheme of meteorological historical data query and statistics system,and introduces the realization of three subsystems of historical message query,historical element query and report statistics query in detail.The application results show that the system improves the efficiency and accuracy of statistical data when users report reports.
