摘要
为了增产高品质连续重整原料,对浙江石油化工有限公司1号4.0 Mt/a蜡油加氢裂化装置进行改造,催化剂更换成化工型加氢裂化催化剂RHC-220。换剂后,反应器各床层径向温差控制在3℃以内,重石脑油收率从设计值29.29%提高至42.73%,同时未转化油的BMCI从换剂前的15降至5.5,能够适应加工浆态床蜡油经加氢精制后加氢蜡油的工况,丰富了装置原料组成,保证了装置的高负荷运行,优化了装置的产品结构和产品质量,为增产高附加值对二甲苯提供了有力支持。
In order to increase the production of high quality continuous reforming feedstock,the No.14.0 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was revamped and the original catalyst was replaced with chemical type hydrocracking catalyst RHC-220.After changing agent,the radial temperature difference at the bottom of each bed was controlled within 3℃,the yield of heavy naphtha increased from 29.29%of design to 42.73%,and the BMCI of unconverted oil decreased from 15 to 5.5.It can adapt to the working condition of the hydrogenated gas oil in slurry bed,enrich the raw material composition of the unit,ensure the high load operation of the unit,and optimize the product structure and quality of the unit.It provides strong support for the increasing production of PX with high added value.
