COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF RMC TECHNOLOGY FOR PROCESSING MIDDLE EAST VGO WITH HIGH SULFUR CONTENT

摘要 扬子石化公司新建1.0Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置的投运表明,石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)开发的RMC专利技术可以满足加工中东高硫原油VGO的要求,所采用的催化剂(精制剂RN-2和裂化剂RT-1级配使用)性能良好,在中压下的失活速率可满足装置长周期运行的需要。装置运行的各项主要生产指标符合设计要求;有较大的操作灵活性,对原料有较好的适应性,通过改变裂化温度可以调整转化率,满足不同化工原料及柴油产品收率的需要。标定结果表明,所得到的产品中,柴油是低硫、低氮的清洁燃料;重石脑油的芳烃潜含量达63%,是优质的重整原料;尾油的BMCI低于12,适当降低裂化深度,当尾油收率控制在40%左右时,尾油的BMCI值为11~15,是较好的乙烯裂解料。 A new 1.0 Mt/a medium pressure hydrocracking unit processing Middle East high sulfur VGO went on stream at Yangzi Petrochemical Company using RMC technology developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. The plant operation results showed that this series of catalysts(RN-2 and RT-1 for hydrotreating and hydrocracking, respectively)exhibited good activity and stability. Although the properties of feedstocks were various, the product yields and qualities still met the design targets. The catalyst offered operation flexibility as well,for instance,conversion and the product slates could be adjusted by varying cracking temperature. The products were in high quality, such as middle distillates were low in nitrogen, sulfur and aromatics contents, heavy naphtha had a potential aromatic content of 63%,and the BMCI value of tail oil was in the range of 11-15.
