摘要
介绍了某公司160万吨/年蜡油加氢裂化装置的主要技术特点以及催化剂装填等情况,对该装置的主要操作参数、原料及产品性质、物料平衡及装置能耗等方面进行了详细的技术分析。运行数据表明,加氢精制催化剂F-6和加氢裂化催化剂F-5、F-8活性及稳定性良好,可以通过调整反应温度控制产品分布及质量,分馏系统及吸收稳定系统可以根据生产需求选择性切割各侧线产品,各产品均满足生产要求。装置在110%负荷下运行平稳,循环氢压缩机、补充氢压缩机、反应进料泵及加热炉等设备均运行稳定,没有瓶颈问题,装置综合能耗为29.6 kgeo·t^(-1),优于设计能耗。
This paper introduces the main technical characteristics and catalyst loading of the 1.6 million tons/year paraffin hydrocracking unit of a company.The main operating parameters,raw materials and product properties,material balance and energy consumption of the unit are analyzed in detail.The operation data show that hydrofining catalyst F-6 and hydrocracking catalyst F-5 and F-8 have good activity and stability,and the product distribution and quality can be controlled by adjusting the reaction temperature.The fractionation system and absorption stabilization system can selectively cut each side line product according to the production demand,and all products meet the production requirements.The device runs stably at 110%load,and the equipment such as circulating hydrogen compressor,supplementary hydrogen compressor,reaction feed pump and heating furnace all run stably without bottleneck problem.The comprehensive energy consumption of the device is 29.6 kgeo·t^(-1),which is better than the designed energy consumption.
