摘要
高校“双一流”建设是国家在高等教育领域中做出的重大战略,建设世界一流大学及一流学科的决策对于提升我国高等教育水平以及增强我国的核心竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义,师资队伍建设又是“双一流”建设发展中尤为关键和重要的一环,不断调整和优化师资队伍结构是打造高水平大学的关键,也是提升高校教育质量的保障。本文在分析高校师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题的基础上,在师德师风建设、师资引培、管理服务、绩效考核、院校两级管理方面提出可行性对策,为高校的师资队伍建设工作提供理论依据,为地方高校实施高质量“双一流”建设提供决策支撑。
The construction of"Double First Class"is a major national strategic decision,and of great significance for educational development and core competitiveness.Faculty construction is a particularly critical and important part of the development of the"Double First Class"construction,constantly adjusting and optimizing the structure of the faculty is the key to building a high-level university,but also to improve the quality of education in higher education.This paper analyses the problems existing in the process of construction of university teachers,and puts forward feasible countermeasures in the construction of teacher ethics,teacher training,management services,performance assessment,and management of institutions,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of university teachers,and to provide decision-making for the implementation of high-quality"Double First Class"construction in local universities.
