摘要
针对散粮码头装卸作业过程中匹配最佳效率问题,开发基于门机-多料斗-气垫输送机的散粮卸船智能化系统,建立了数字化料斗和门座起重机多目标智能调度模型,可实现料斗智能检测、自主喂料、卸船智能调度作业。该系统可为船方和港方提供卸船过程动态数据监测和生产组织决策,实时、准确、高效配置生产作业资源。
Aiming at the problem of optimal matching efficiency in the handling process of bulk grain terminals,an intelligent system for bulk grain unloading ships based on gantry crane,multiple hoppers,and air cushion conveyor is developed.A multi objective intelligent scheduling model for digital hoppers and gantry cranes is established,which can achieve intelligent detection of hoppers,autonomous feeding,and intelligent scheduling of unloading ships.This system can provide dynamic data monitoring and production organization decision-making for ship owners and port owners during the unloading process,enabling real-time,accurate,and efficient allocation of production operation resources.
