摘要
为解决固定输煤皮带机控制系统线路老化、故障点多、稳定性差和维修难度大等问题,对常用PLC控制方式进行对比分析,结合控制系统长距离、多点式的现场条件和技术特点,采用双站PLC控制,在实现运行和保护功能的基础上大幅度节约成本。
To solve the problem of fixed coal belt conveyer control system, such as line aging, fault causing, stability lowing and difficult maintaining, the common PLC control technologies are compared and analyzed. With the control system of long-distance, multipoint field conditions and technical features, the coal belt conveyer control system based on double PLC technology is applied and the system can run and achieve the protection function at lower cost.
