新工科课程《工程训练》的多元考核构建与实施效果评价

摘要 面对新工科的发展需求,传统的工程训练考核机制存在诸多不足.以“全过程、多主体、多元化”的理念为指导,构建了一套适应新工科工程训练的过程性评价和多元考核机制,包括评价指标体系、评价方法和评价工具等.通过实践应用,验证了该机制的有效性和优越性,表明该机制能够更有效地评价学生的学习效果,激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,并提高了教学质量. In response to the development needs of new engineering disciplines,traditional assessment mechanisms for engineering training have several shortcomings.Guided by the concept of“whole process,multiple subjects,and diversification,”a comprehensive process evaluation and diversified assessment mechanism has been constructed to suit the engineering training of new engineering disciplines.This includes an evaluation index system,evaluation methods,and evaluation tools.Through practical application,the effectiveness and superiority of this mechanism have been verified.It has been shown to more effectively evaluate students’learning outcomes,stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm for learning,cultivate their practical skills and innovative awareness,and improve the overall quality of teaching.
