摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2020年8月—2023年2月焦作市人民医院收治的93例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,将2020年8月—2021年10月收治的46例产妇为对照组,将2021年11月—2023年2月收治的47例产妇为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理。比较两组产妇干预后胃肠动力恢复时间、胃肠功能障碍情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组产妇肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排气排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.193、4.321、4.767,P<0.05);干预后,观察组产妇进食—恶心—呕吐—查体—症状持续时间评分系统(I-FEED)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.319,P<0.05);干预后,观察组产妇不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.066,P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理对促进剖宫产产妇术后胃肠动力恢复、减轻胃肠功能障碍、降低术后并发症有积极意义。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods:93 parturients who received cesarean section in the hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were selected,and divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission.46 cases of parturients who received routine nursing from August 2020 to October 2021 were the control group,and 47 cases of parturients who received rapid rehabilitation nursing from November 2021 to February 2023 were the observation group.The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility,gastrointestinal dysfunction and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the recovery time of bowel sound and the first postoperative exhaust defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.193,4.321,4.767;P<0.05).After intervention,the I-FEED score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.319,P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.066,P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing has positive significance in promoting gastrointestinal motility recovery after cesarean section,alleviating gastrointestinal dysfunction,and reducing postoperative complications.
