摘要
目的探讨动机行为转化模式下护理联合主动膀胱功能训练干预对剖宫产术后产妇康复情况﹑排尿效果的影响.方法选择2022年1月—2022年6月聊城市人民医院行剖宫产手术的218例产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各109例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施动机行为转化模式下护理联合主动膀胱功能训练干预,均护理1个月.比较两组康复情况﹑心理状态﹑自护能力﹑排尿效果.结果观察组首次排气﹑自主排尿及下床活动时间均短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后抑郁自评量表﹑焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,自我管理能力测定量表评分高于对照组,排尿通畅率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论动机行为转化模式下护理与主动膀胱功能训练联合可减轻剖宫产术后产妇负性情绪,提高自护能力﹑排尿效果,加快康复进程.
Objective To explore the effect of nursing combined with active bladder function training intervention on maternal recovery and urination after cesarean section under the mode of motivational behavior transformation.Methods 218 women who underwent cesarean section in Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 109 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing combined with active bladder function training under the motivational behavior transformation mode,all nursing for 1 month.The recovery condition,psychological state,self-care ability and urination effect of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first exhaust,spontaneous urination and getting out of bed in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the first urine volume was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the score of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale were higher than those in the control group,and the urinary patency rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nursing and active bladder function training under the mode of motivational behavior transformation can reduce the negative emotions of the parturient after cesarean section,improve the self-care ability and the effect of urination,and accelerate the process of rehabilitation.
