高频电针刺激足三里穴对大鼠结肠传输功能的影响 被引量:17

The effect of high frequence electro-acupuncture stimulation at ST-36 on colonic transit in rats

摘要 目的观察高频电针刺激足三里穴对大鼠结肠传输功能的影响,以进一步验证其对结肠传输的促进作用。方法雄性SD大鼠44只(250-300 g)均手术埋管于结肠近端,并随机分为四组,即正常对照组(组1)、针刺足三里组(组2)、电针非经穴组(组3)、电针足三里组(组4),每组11只。电针刺激参数设为100 Hz,3 mA。各组大鼠均以1.5 ml酚红溶液(0.5 mg/ml)作为非吸收性标记物,通过测定90 min内每10 min酚红排除量以评估结肠传输。结果与组1和组2相比,组4在20-90 min明显促进结肠传输,差异均有显著性(P〈0.05)。组3与组1相比,仅在刺激阶段前后20-40 min及60 min促进结肠传输(P〈0.05)。组4则在50 min及70-90 min酚红排出率较组3有显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论高频电针刺激足三里穴有持续的强的促进结肠传输的作用;而非穴位高频电刺激对结肠传输亦有促进作用,但这种促进作用只是短暂的,可能与电刺激产生应激反应有关。 Objective To observe the influence of high frequence electro-acupuncture stimulation (EAS) at acupunetrue point ST-36 (Zusanli) on' colonic transit in rats and validate further that high frequenee EAS of the aeupoint might promote colonic transit. Method Forty four adult male Sprague-Dawley rats (250 -300 g) were all implanted with special tubes in the proximal colons by operation and randomly divided into four groups: control group (group Ⅰ) , acupuncture at ST-36 group (group Ⅱ ) , sham eleetroaeupuneture group (group Ⅲ ) , and EAS at ST-36 group. ( group Ⅳ ). The parameter of the EAS was set at 100 Hz, 3 mA. In the experiment, 1.5 ml phenol-red solution (0.5 mg/ml) was used as non-absorptive marker and the colonic transition of rats was assessed by determining the volume of discharged phenol-red every 10 min in 90 mins. Result Compared to group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , the colonic transition of group Ⅳ was obviously promoted in 20 - 90 min and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The colonic transition of group Ⅲ was enhanced only in 20 - 40 min and 60 min compared with group Ⅰ (P 〈 0.05). The ratio of discharging phenol-red in group Ⅳ was increased significantly, as contrast to group Ⅲ, in 50 min and 70 - 90 min ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The role of promoting colonic transit is eontinueous and strong by using high frequenee EAS at ST-36 and just temporal and less stronger at non-aeupoint. And the temporal promoting effect of EAS at non-aeupoint might be related with the stress reaction produced by high quenee electric stimulation.
