摘要
目的 建立离子色谱法同时测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙离子。方法 Dionex IonPac TM CS12A色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex IonPac TM CG12A保护柱(50 mm×4 mm),以12 mmol/L甲烷磺酸为淋洗液,体积流量为1.00m L/min,进样体积为20μL,检测方式为电导检测,柱箱温度为30℃。结果 钠、钾、镁、钙离子分别在6~120、6~120、1~20、2.4~48μg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0.999);平均回收率分别103.82%、99.75%、101.31%、98.92%,RSD值分别为0.91%、1.40%、1.85%、1.65%。结论 本实验耗时少,操作简单,大大提高了检测效率,为碳酸氢钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙阳离子的检测提供了一种新的方法。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium ions in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer’s Injection. Methods Dionex IonPacTM CS12A (250 mm × 4 mm) column and Dionex IonPacTMCG12A (50 mm × 4 mm) protective column were used. Methanesulfonic acid solution (12 mmol/L) was used as eluent;the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min, the sample volume was 20 μL, the detection method was conductivity detection, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relationship between the peak area of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium ions was good (r > 0.999) in the concentration range of 6—120 μg/mL, 6—120 μg/mL, 1—20 μg/mL, and 2.4—48 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries were 103.82%, 99.75%, 101.31%, and 98.92% with RSD values of 0.91%, 1.40%, 1.85%, and 1.65%, respectively. Conclusion The method takes less time and is simple to operate, which greatly improves the detection efficiency and provides a new method for the detection of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium cations in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer’s Injection.
