摘要
建立了液液萃取-离子色谱(IC)法测定茶苯海明中的二甲基乙醇胺。茶苯海明用氯仿溶解,经纯水萃取(25℃水浴振荡30 min),采用Ion Pac CS17型阳离子交换柱,以6 mmol/L甲基磺酸(MSA)溶液为淋洗液,抑制电导检测,柱温30℃。二甲基乙醇胺在0.75~7.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为4.81%,检测限为70.7 ng/ml。
A liquid-liquid extraction coupled with ion chromatography (IC) method was established for the determination ofN, N-dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) in dimenhydrinate. The samples were dissolved in chloroform, and extracted with water in an oscillating waterbath at 25 ℃ for 30 min. An IonPac CS17 column was used, with 6 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid (MSA) as the fluent, and with the application of a suppressed conductivity detector. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.75--7.5 μg/ml for DMEA. The average recovery was 98.2 %, with RSD of 4.81%. The LOD was 70.7 ng/ml. The established liquid-liquid extraction coupled with IC method can be applied to the limit amount determination of DMEA, and also provides a reference for the study of alkylol amine impurities in other drugs. This method is specific, accurate, and easy to operate and popularize.
