摘要
建立了气相色谱法同时测定表面活性剂中单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺含量的方法。在试验条件下,单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺能很好地分离,采用保留时间定性、外标法定量。3种乙醇胺的质量浓度均在0.50~15.0g·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 4,0.999 6,0.999 5,检出限(3S/N)为0.71,0.63,0.97mg·L-1。方法用于1比1型,1比1.5型烷醇酰胺和十二烷基苯磺酰三乙醇胺3种样品分析,加标回收率分别为95.2%~105%,96.4%~104%,96.4%~105%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.1%~2.2%之间。
A method of GC was set up to detect mono ethanolamine(MEA),diethanolamine(DEA)and triethanolamine(TEA)simultaneously.At the selected condition,MEA,DEA and TEA were well separated,qualified by the retention time and quantified by the external standard method.Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of 3ethanolamine was obtained in the same range of 0.50-15.0g·L-1,the correlation coefficients were 0.999 4,0.999 6,0.999 5,and detection limits(3S/N)were 0.71,0.63,0.97mg·L-1 respectively.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of alkanolamide(1∶1),alkanolamide(1∶1.5)and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid triethanolamine,giving values of recovery measured by standard addition method in the ranges of 95.2%-105%,96.4%-104%,96.4%-105%,respectively,values of RSD′s(n=5)in the range of 1.1%-2.2%.
