摘要
文章提出了离子色谱法直接测定地下水中草甘膦的分析方法。实验过程中采用AQUION型离子色谱仪,以Dionex IonPac AS17-C阴离子交换柱作为分析柱,用AG17-C作为阴离子保护柱。淋洗液为浓度30.00 mmol·L^(-1)的KOH溶液,流速为1.00 mL·min^(-1),电流为75 mA,进样量为100μL。经过实验分析,这一方法准确度高,且操作简便、检测成本低,适用于大批量地下水样品的检测。
A method for the direct determination of glyphosate in groundwater by ion chromatography is presented.In the experiment,Aquion Ion Chromatograph was used,Dionex IonPac AS17-C anion exchange column was used as the analytical column,and AG17-C as the anion protection column.The eluent was a KOH solution with a concentration of 30.00 mmol·L^(-1),a flow rate of 1.00 mL·min^(-1),an electric current of 75 mA and a sample volume of 100 mL.Through experimental analysis,the method is accurate,simple and low cost,suitable for the detection of a large number of groundwater samples.
