摘要
以精馏作为预处理方式,探究对保险粉生产过程废水中化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果,同时,将得到的高浓度采出液回用于生产。结果表明:与原水相比,不同回流比下的采出液COD都明显升高,表明通过气液传质,轻组分转移至采出液中并得到提浓,但随着回流比的增大,采出液的COD增加幅度降低。实验中最佳的回流比为4∶1。
In this paper,distillation is chosen as the pretreatment process to investigate the removal effect of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the wastewater produced during the sodium hydrosulfite production.Meanwhile,the extracted liquid with high organic concentration will be reused for production.The results showed that the COD of the extracted liquid increased significantly under different reflux ratios,indicating that the light components in the wastewater were transferred into the extracted liquid and concentrated through gas-liquid mass transfer.However,the COD increase of the extracted liquid decreased with the increasing reflux ration.The optimal reflux ratio in this research was 4∶1.
