摘要
河南安阳保险粉生产项目废水成分复杂、可生化性差,采用高级氧化+水解酸化+两级UASB+A/O+臭氧活性炭滤池工艺处理保险粉废水,处理规模为20 m^3/h。工程实际运行结果表明,出水中COD、BOD_5和NH_3-N的平均浓度分别为45、18和13 mg/L,对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N的平均去除率分别达到99.6%、99.4%和84.5%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准要求。
The combined process of advanced oxidation, hydrolysis acidification, two-stage UASB, A/O and O3/activated carbon filter is used to treat the wastewater from hydrosulfite treatment pro- ject in Anyang due to its complicated components and poor biodegradability, and the treatment capacity is 20 m^3/h. The engineering practice showed that the average concentrations of COD, BOD5 and NH3 - N in the effluent were 45 mg/L, 18 mg/L and 13 mg/L respectively, and their removal rates were 99.6% , 99.4% and 84.5%. The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
