煤矿瓦斯抽放管路自动放水远控系统设计与研究

摘要 绿水洞煤矿在矿井现有的负压瓦斯抽放管路系统基础上,对瓦斯抽放管路放水器进行升级改造,利用矿井监控系统、水位传感器、远程馈电传感器和本安电磁阀等设备,通过井下环网将监测数据实时上传及控制命令的下发,达到对瓦斯抽放管路积水的自动排放、远程监控的目的。 Based on the existing negative pressure gas drainage pipeline system in the mine,Lvshuidong Coal Mine has upgraded and renovated the gas drainage pipeline drainage device.By utilizing equipment such as the mine monitoring system,water level sensors,remote feed sensors,and intrinsic safety solenoid valves,real-time monitoring data is uploaded and control commands are issued through the underground ring network,achieving the goal of automatic discharge and remote monitoring of water accumulation in the gas drainage pipeline.
