摘要
当前,高校研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生培养面临日益增长的招生规模及就业困难的挑战,而地方高校研究生培养存在人才培养模式单一、缺乏系统性、与社会发展脱节等问题,人才培养模式亟须转变和创新。通过分析研究生创新创业培养模式及存在的不足,有针对性地提出并强调培养、提高研究生创新创业能力的重要性,并立足我国生物医学研究生培养模式现状,以“大众创业、万众创新”的“双创”人才培养为背景,对地方高校研究生的科研与创新能力培养模式进行了探讨。
At present,the enrollment scale of graduate students in colleges and universities is currently expanding,posing challenges to the increase of enrollment scale and employment prospects.However,local colleges and universities face issues with their graduate training mode,including single training approach,lack of systematization,and disconnection from social development.Therefore,there is a need for innovation in talent training modes.This study focuses on analyzing the innovation and entrepreneurship training model for graduate students,highlighting its limitations,and emphasizing the importance of fostering and improving their innovation and entrepreneurship competencies in view of these challenges.By utilizing the existing state of biomedical graduate student training in China,this research situates itself within the framework of talent development for“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.This paper discusses the cultivation mode of scientific research and innovation ability of graduate students in local universities.
