摘要
在国家提出"创新驱动,转型发展"宏观战略的背景下,为了不断增强我国的国际竞争力,各大高校将研究生作为重要培养对象,提高研究生的创新思维能力,从而进一步推动国家经济的发展。针对工科院校研究生教育存在的问题,提出参加专业竞赛、通过科研融合、打造校企合作新平台的"三位一体"的研究生实践创新能力培养模式,经实践,这种模式是一种能充分挖掘研究生潜能的高效培养模式。
Under the background of the macro strategy of“innovation-driven transformation and development”proposed by the state,in order to continuously enhance China’s international competitiveness,major universities take postgraduate students as an important training object of China’s economic development to improve their innovative thinking ability,so as to further promote the development of national economy.In view of the problems existing in postgraduate education in universities,our university proposes a“Trinity”cultivation method of postgraduate students’practical and innovative ability by participating in professional competitions,integrating scientific research and creating a new platform for school-enterprise cooperation,which can be described as a training mode that can efficiently and fully develop the potential of postgraduate students.
