基于卡方检验法的高职院校学生情绪困扰影响因素分析及对策

摘要 情绪困扰对于高职院校大学生产生的负面影响不可忽视。情绪困扰问题研究对促进高职院校大学生的心理健康、情绪管理及推动高职院校心理健康教育的发展和完善具有重要意义。本研究根据调研数据进行分析,得出高职院校大学生情绪困扰与家庭氛围、年级等因素有显著关系的结论,结果与逻辑事实相符。产生情绪困扰的根源与学业与就业的不确定性、人际关系的变化、自我认知的困惑、家庭经济和价值观偏离有关。要消解情绪困扰,需要从队伍建设、朋辈帮扶、普及知识、家校合作等八方面进行心理健康教育和情绪干预。 The negative impact of emotional distress on vocational college students cannot be ignored.The study of emotional distress is of great significance for promoting the psychological health and emotional management of vocational college students,as well as promoting the development and improvement of psychological health education in vocational colleges.This study analyzed research data and concluded that there was a significant relationship between emotional distress among vocational college students and factors such as family atmosphere and grade,which was consistent with logical facts.The root causes of emotional distress are related to the uncertainty of academic and employment,changes in interpersonal relationships,confusion in self-awareness,and deviation from family economics and values.To alleviate emotional distress,psychological health education and emotional intervention need to be carried out from eight aspects:team building,peer assistance,knowledge popularization,home school cooperation,and so on.
