摘要
加快河北省农村电子商务的发展,不仅能有效缩小城乡信息技术鸿沟,消除城乡之间的信息壁垒,打破城乡二元结构,而且也顺应了建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会的时代要求。根据调研数据进行卡方检验,结果显示,农村居民网购与学历、年龄等影响因素有显著关系,农村居民网上销售农产品情况与性别、收入等影响因素有显著关系,农村电商服务站对农村居民了解电子商务和电商政策具有显著作用。要推进河北农村电商发展,就要提升农村电商服务站的利用率,多渠道培育电商人才,树立农村电商营销理念,打造特色品牌。
Emphasizing and strengthening the development of rural e-commerce in Hebei Province can not only effectively narrow the urban-rural information technology gap,eliminate information barriers between them,and resolve the dual structure.It is also an important part of building a new socialist countryside and building a harmonious socialism.This article performs a chi-square test based on survey data.The results show that online shopping of rural residents is significantly related to education background,age and other influencing factors,and rural residents’online sales of agricultural products are significantly related to gender and income factors.It also shows that rural e-commerce service stations play a significant role in understanding e-commerce and e-commerce policies for rural residents.To promote the development of rural e-commerce,it is necessary to increase the utilization rate of rural e-commerce websites,cultivate e-commerce talents through multiple channels,establish rural e-commerce marketing concepts,and create distinctive brands.
