“双高”建设背景下高职教师科研创新能力提升层面的可为、难为与应为

摘要 职业教育作为高等教育的一部分,担负着为国家和社会培养创新型、应用型的高水平高素质人才的重要职责。随着“双高”计划的实施,我国职业教育已进入提质培优、改革攻坚的关键阶段,高职院校教师科研创新能力的提升愈加重要。文章分析高职院校教师科研创新能力提升层面的可为之处,探讨高职院校教师科研创新能力提升层面的难为之因,指出发挥政府的主导作用、发挥高职院校的主体作用、发挥教师的主动作用是高职院校教师科研创新能力提升层面的应为之路。 As a part of higher education,vocational education bears the important responsibility of cultivating innovative and applied high-level and high-quality talents for the country and society.With the implementation of the"Double High"plan,vocational education in China has entered a critical stage of improving quality,improving excellence,and tackling reform challenges.The improvement of scientific research and innovation abilities of vocational college teachers is becoming increasingly important.The article analyzes the possible aspects of enhancing the scientific research and innovation ability of vocational college teachers,explores the reasons for the difficulties in enhancing the scientific research and innovation ability of vocational college teachers,and points out that giving full play to the leading role of the government,the main role of vocational colleges,and the proactiverole of teachers are the necessary paths forenhancing the scientificresearch and innovation ability of vocational college teachers.
