摘要
中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划(简称“双高计划”)的重要定位决定了必须切实加强党的领导,正确把握新时代党建工作的总要求,坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制,充分发挥高职院校各级党组织的功能作用,把党建工作着力点聚焦在立德树人上,把“双带头人”培养作为党建工作重点,着力提升学校思想工作质量和效果,要高度重视,正确认识,精准把握,着力把党的建设落到实处,真正让共产党的旗帜在“双高”建设中高高飘扬。
The important orientation of the"higher vocational schools and specialty construction plan with Chinese characteristics"(referred to as the"Double-high Plan")determines that the Party's leadership must be strengthened.We should correctly grasp the general requirements of the Party construction work in the new era,adhere to and improve the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,give full play to the functions of Party organizations at all levels in higher vocational colleges,and focus the Party construction work on strengthening moral education and cultivating people.We should take the training of"dual leaders"as the focus of the Party construction work and strive to improve the quality and effect of ideological work in schools.We should attach great importance to it,understand it correctly and grasp it accurately.We should also strive to put the Party construction into practice so that the banner of the Communist Party can truly be flied high in the construction of"Double-high Plan".
