摘要
高职院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要基地,应充分发挥学生党建工作的引领作用,优化思想政治教育的路径,不断提升育人质量。文章通过对高职院校学生党建工作和思想政治教育现状的深入调查,揭示二者之间的紧密关系,以及学生党建工作在思想政治教育中的重要作用,并提出从提升理论素养、加强实践锻炼、完善组织形式、创新工作方法、强化队伍建设、加强制度建设等六个方面入手,推动高职院校学生党建工作与思想政治教育深度融合的有效策略,以期培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
As an important base for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges should fully play the leading role of student party building work,optimize the path of ideological and political education,and continuously improve the quality of education.The article conducts an in-depth investigation into the current situation of party building work and ideological and political education among students in higher vocational colleges,revealing the close relationship between the two,as well as the important role of student party building work in ideological and political education.It proposes effective strategies to promote the deep integration of party building work and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from six aspects:improving theoretical literacy,strengthening practical training,improving organizational forms,innovating work methods,strengthening team building,and strengthening institutional construction,in order to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
