植物挥发性有机化合物在环境信息交流中的作用研究进展

摘要 植物挥发性有机化合物(biogenic volatile organic compounds, BVOCs)是参与植物生长发育的重要次生代谢产物,在抵御生物和非生物胁迫方面具有重要作用。但是由于种类多样和合成复杂,目前人们对BVOCs的认知往往集中在基础生理水平研究,缺乏对其在环境信息交流中作用的宏观概括。基于此,本文从BVOCs信息交流功能的角度,简要概述了BVOCs在植物内部、外部(植物-植物、植物-食草动物、植物-病原体、植物-授粉者)的生物信息交流及其感知机制的研究现状,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望,提出要将实验环境从室内转向田间、深入研究BVOCs感知系统、利用分子生物学技术手段定向进化使BVOCs相关基因选择性表达,旨在为BVOCs的信息交流功能探索、植物释放和接收BVOCs的感知系统研究以及BVOCs在农业生产上的应用提供科学依据。 Biogenic volatile organic compounds(BVOCs)are important secondary metabolites involved in plant growth and development,and play crucial roles in resisting biotic and abiotic stresses.However,due to the diverse types and complex synthesis,people’s current understanding of BVOCs mainly focused on the basic physiological level research,and the macroscopic summary of their roles in environmental information exchange was lack.From the perspective of BVOCs information exchange function,this article provided a brief overview of the current research status in terms of their biological information exchange and perception mechanisms within and outside plants(plant-plant,plant-grazing animals,plant-pathogens and plant-pollinators).It also looked forward to the future research directions and proposed to shift the experimental environment from indoor to field,conduct in-depth research on BVOCs perception systems,and use molecular biology techniques to selectively evolve BVOCs related genes.The aim was to provide scientific bases for exploring the information exchange function of BVOCs,studying the perception system of plant release and reception of BVOCs,and the application of BVOCs in agricultural production.
