摘要
利用“Y”型嗅觉仪法,测定迷迭香植物挥发物的主要组分α-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、β-石竹烯,分析其对桃蚜及其天敌桃蚜茧蜂的趋性行为选择的影响。结果表明:α-蒎烯达到一定剂量后对桃蚜及桃蚜茧蜂都表现出显著的驱避反应,β-月桂烯达到一定剂量后对桃蚜及桃蚜茧蜂都表现出显著地引诱作用,β-石竹烯达到一定剂量后则对桃蚜茧蜂有显著引诱作用,对桃蚜无生物活性。
Y-tube olfactometer was used to conduct the orientation responses of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)and its wasp parasitoid Diaeretiella rapae(M’Intosh)to the main three kinds of volatiles(α-Pinene、β-Myrcene、β-Caryophyllene)of the woody perennial herb Rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis,family Lamiaceae).We found that from the different doses tested,volatiles emitted fromα-Pinene showed obviously repellent effects onto Myzus persicae and Diaeretiella rapae.but obviously attracted byβ-Myrcene.β-Caryophyllene had no biological activities to Myzus persicae,but showed obviously attracted effects onto Diaeretiella rapae.
