摘要
为论证阜生煤业1208大采高工作面支架阻力的合理性,通过理论计算,得出1208工作面支架工作阻力不应低于9158.1 kN,再采用数值模拟分析工作面围岩变形与支架载荷情况,最终确定合理的支架阻力为12000 kN;现场应用表明,回采期间,工作面平均来压步距为14 m,支架工况良好,煤壁稳定性较高,满足工作面安全高效生产需求。
To demonstrate the reasonableness of support resistance at 1208 large-mining-height working face in Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author concludes that the working resistance should not be lower than 9158.1 kN through theoretical calculation and determines that the reasonable support resistance is 12000 kN by analysis of the surrounding rock deformation and support load through numerical simulation,whose field application shows that the average step distance of weighting is 14 meters with good support working condition and high stability of coal wall during mining period,meeting the requirements of safety and high efficiency production.
