摘要
为实现神东矿区使用的ZY12000/20/40D液压支架减重3t的目标,对液压支架的各主要部件进行了安全系数计算,确定了各部件的重量优化方案,并据此对减重后的液压支架进行了虚拟计算,确定了液压支架最薄弱处——顶梁柱窝后盖板和内主筋焊接处的安全系数为1.2,并进行了4万次压架试验和工业应用,结果证明该重量优化方案和焊接工艺保障措施是可行的,以上研究成果也为重型液压支架的轻型化积累了经验。
In order to bring down the weight of the ZY12000/20/40 D hydraulic support used in Shendong mining area by 3 t,thesafety factor of the main components of the support are calculated,the weight optimization scheme of each component is determined,based on which the virtual calculation of the hydraulic support is carried out after the weight reduction.It is determ ined that,the safety factor of the weakest part of the hydraulic support is the back cover plate of the roof beam column socketand the welding part of the inner main reinforcement is 1.2,after that,40000 times of press frame test and industrial applicatio nare carriedout.The results show that the weight optimization scheme and welding process guarantee measures are feasible.The above research results can provide experiences for the lightweight of heavy hydraulic support.
