摘要
针对上湾矿1-2煤层的具体情况,对应用于7m特厚煤层开采的液压支架支护强度和工作阻力进行综合论证。综合考虑煤层、顶板、底板、水文、瓦斯、温度、湿度和埋深等因素影响,运用采高倍数容重法、威尔逊估算法、经验估算法、实测统计法、"短砌体梁"理论、"台阶岩梁"理论六种方法分别对上湾矿1-2煤层大采高支架工作阻力进行分析与估算,通过对以上结果进行对比和冗余优化,最终得出大采高支架中心距与工作阻力的定量关系。该支架不仅满足了安全生产要求,而且更加有利于抑制支架前顶煤冒落和减小煤壁压力。
According to the certain conditions of No.1-2 seam in Shangwan Mine,a comprehensive verification was conducted on the support strength and work resistance of the hydraulic powered support applied to the mining in the 7 m ultra thick seam.In comprehensive considerations of the seam,roof,floor,hydrology,gas,temperature,moisture,mining depth and other factor influences,there were six methods,including the high multiple volume-weight method,the Wilson estimation method,the experience estimation method,the actual statistic method,the "short liner beam" theory and the "step rock beam" theory applied to the analysis and estimation of the work resistance of the high cutting hydraulic powered support applied to No.1-2 seam in Shangwan Mine.With the comparison and redundant optimization conducted on the above results,the quantitative relationship between the central distance of the high cutting powered support and the work resistance was finally obtained.The powered support would not only meet the production requirements and could be favorable to control the top coal falling in front of the powered support and reduce the pressure of the coal wall.
