摘要
目的探讨低血糖生成指数膳食在初诊2型糖尿病营养治疗中的效果。方法将2021年1月—2023年12月在本院治疗的320例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规饮食控制,观察组使用低血糖生成指数(LGI)膳食控制,对比两组的血糖及胰岛功能指标、血脂指标、营养指标。结果观察组干预后FBG、2hPG、HOMA-IR均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组HbA1c相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后Alb、PA、Hb均与对照组相当,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LGI膳食在初次诊断为2型糖尿病患者的营养治疗中,表现出显著的治疗成效。其不仅能够有效降低血糖、血脂水平,同时亦能确保机体维持在正常的营养状态,从而为患者的健康恢复提供了有力的支持。
Objective To investigate effect of low glycemic index diet in nutritional treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 320 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine diet control,and observation group with low glycemic index(LGI)diet.Results After intervention,FBG,2hPG,and HOMA-IR in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in HbA1c between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in observation group were lower than control group,while levels of HDL-C were higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Alb,PA,and Hb in observation group was comparable to control group(P>0.05).Conclusion LGI diet can achieve significant effect in nutritional treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,can reduce glucose and lipid effectively,and maintain normal nutritional status of the body.
