摘要
基于2005—2020年长三角地区41个城市的面板数据,从资源错配视角,运用双向固定效应和中介效应模型研究产业结构合理化和高级化对绿色全要素生产率的影响机制。研究发现:(1)产业结构合理化显著抑制了绿色全要素生产率,而高级化显著促进了绿色全要素生产率。(2)从中介效应来看,资本配置不足时,产业结构高级化通过缓解资本错配促进了城市绿色全要素生产率。(3)按城镇化率分组回归,发现不同城镇化类型城市的影响效果存在差异。因此,政府和相关部门应鼓励企业转型升级;加强金融体系建设以减少资本错配,并结合本地资源和发展优势,制定差异化的产业政策,推动绿色全要素生产率的提升。
Based on panel data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2005 to 2020,this study examines the impact mechanism of industrial structure rationalization and upgrading on green total factor productivity from the perspective of resource mismatch,with bidirectional fixed effects and mediation effects models.The research has found that:(1)Rationalization of industrial structure significantly suppresses green total factor productivity,while upgrading significantly promotes green total factor productivity;(2)From the perspective of intermediary effect,the upgrading of industrial structure promotes urban green total factor productivity by alleviating capital mismatch,when capital allocation is insufficient;(3)Grouping regression by province and urbanization rate,there are differences in the impact effects of different provinces and urbanization types of cities.Therefore,the government and relevant departments should encourage enterprises to transform and upgrade;they should also strengthen the construction of the financial system to reduce capital mismatch,and combine local resources with development advantages to formulate differentiated industrial policies,promoting the improvement of green total factor productivity.
