摘要
国家经济转型过程中的一个巨大考验是会伴随着资源错配。文章基于2007-2017年258个地级及以上城市面板数据采用固定效应分析方法,考察了稳定经济增长、产业结构升级对资源错配的影响机制。结果表明,区域经济持续稳定增长与产业结构升级能显著减少地区资源错配,且经济增长越稳定,产业结构升级减少资源错配的效应越强。在分区域研究中,产业结构升级能显著减少东、中部地区的资源错配,但在西部地区减少程度不明显,而经济稳定增长仅能显著减少中部地区的资源错配。进一步研究还发现,西部地区产业结构转型升级严重不足和经济稳定性较低时不仅无法减少劳动力错配,甚至会导致资源错配的增加,而产业结构的转型升级主要减少东部城市的资本错配和中部城市的劳动力错配。
A great test in the process of national economic transformation is the mismatch of resources.Based on the panel data of 258 cities at prefecture level and above from 2007 to 2017,this paper uses the fixed effect analysis method to investigate the mechanism of the influence of stable economic growth and industrial structure upgrading on resource mismatch.The results show that the sustainable and stable growth of regional economy and the upgrading of in-dustrial structure can significantly reduce the mismatch of regional resources,and the more stable the economic growth is,the stronger the effect of the upgrading of industrial structure on reducing the mismatch of resources is;in the regional study,the upgrading of industrial structure can significantly reduce the mismatch of resources in the eastern and cen-tral regions,but the degree of reduction is not obvious in the western region,while the stable growth of economy can only show the effect Further research also found that when the industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the western region is seriously insufficient and the economic stability is low,not only can not reduce the mismatch of labor force,but also lead to the increase of resource mismatch,while the industrial structure transformation and upgrading mainly re-duce the capital mismatch in the eastern cities and the labor force mismatch in the central cities.
