摘要
加油站在运营一段时间后,出于设施陈旧、破损以及形象升级等考虑,需要改造或者扩建。为此提出一种基于中部城市设计理论的加油站改造设计方法。在保证油罐在地下埋置深度符合要求的基础上,合理选择油气回收电动加油机,并采用压力密封式加油罐取代直接加油罐,同时,规划油罐安装与摆放位置,提高输油的安全性,实现加油自动化等功能,此外,改造加油站地下管理,铺设"三布五油"防腐管线,在保障加油站建设密封性的基础上,规范管理安装流程。并采用设计对比实验的方式,验证提出的改造设计方法在实际应用中,可提高油量传输容量的稳定性,以此其适用性更高。
After a period of operation,the gas station needs to be rebuilt or expanded due to outdated facilities,damage and image upgrade.Therefore,this paper puts forward a design method of gas station reconstruction based on the central city design theory.On the basis of ensuring that the buried depth of oil tanks meets the requirements,the electric tanker for oil and gas recovery should be selected reasonably,and the direct refueling tank should be replaced by the pressure-sealed refueling tank.At the same time,the installation and placement position of oil tanks should be planned to improve the safety of oil transportation and realize the functions of refueling automation.In addition,the underground management of gas stations should be reformed,"three cloths and five oils"anti-corrosion pipelines should be laid,and the installation process should be standardized on the basis of ensuring the tightness of gas station construction.By means of design contrast experiment,it is verified that the improved design method can improve the stability of oil transmission capacity in practical application,so that its applicability is higher.
