摘要
目的探究为提高急诊心肌梗死患者救治能力和效果,选择应用优质护理的作用。方法随机选取2023年2—8月本医院收治的急诊心肌梗死患者240例按随机数字表法分为观察组(120例,采取优质护理)和对照组(120例,采取常规护理)。比较评估两组患者护理后的救治关键时间及救治成功率。结果观察组救治关键时间比对照组的短(P<0.05);观察组住院控制时间比对照组短(P<0.05),观察组胸痛缓解率以及抢救成功率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有利于提高患者的救治成功率,在改善急诊心肌梗死患者的救治能力以及效果上均发挥了重要作用。
Objective To explore the effect of optimization of nursing quality in order to improve the ability and effect of emergency myocardial infarction patients.Methods A total of 240 emergency myocardial infarction patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to August 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=120,quality care)and control group(n=120,routine care)according to the random number table method.Compare and evaluate the critical treatment time and treatment success rate of the two groups of patients.Results The critical time for rescue in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization control time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of chest pain relief as well as the success rate of resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In order to improve the treatment ability and effect of emergency myocardial infarction patients,the selection and application of relevant measures to optimize the quality of nursing have obvious effects,which can improve the success rate of treatment for patients.
