摘要
目的探讨护理质量管理项目模式对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年12月在笔者所在医院住院的110例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按就诊时间将其分为试验组和对照组,各55例。试验组采用护理质量管理项目模式进行管理,对照组采用常规的护理管理措施进行管理,比较2组心肌损伤标志物检查结果等待时间、心电图完成时间、患者入院至球囊扩张的时间及院内病死率。结果试验组心肌损伤标志物检查结果等待时间,患者入院至球囊扩张时间均短于对照组(t=6.861,P<0.001;t=4.645,P<0.001)。试验组院内病死率低于对照组(χ2=3.960,P=0.047)。2组心电图完成时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.345,P=0.181)。结论护理质量管理项目模式能够及早给予患者医疗护理诊治时间,有效缩短心肌损伤标志物等待时间,患者入院至球囊扩张的时间,提高急诊心肌梗死患者救治成功率。
Objective To explore the effect of the nursing quality management model on acute myocardial infarction patients with ST-segment elevation.Methods Totally 110 myocardial infarction patients with ST-segment elevation and treated in our hospital in 2019 and 2021 were selected,Fifty-five patients admitted in 2019 were set as the control group,and another 55 patients admitted in 2021 were set as the experimental group.The experimental group was managed using the nursing quality management model,while the control group was given routine care.The waiting time for the makers of myocardial injuries test results,electrocardiogram completion time,time from admission to balloon dilation and in-hospital mortality were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time for the makers of myocardial injuries test results,and time from admission to balloon dilation of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=6.861,P<0.001;t=4.645,P<0.001).Moreover,the in-hospital morality of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=3.960,P=0.047).The completion time of ECG was not statistically significant between the two groups(t=1.345,P=0.181).Conclusion Using the nursing quality management model,patients can be treated as early as possible.Meanwhile,it shortens the waiting time for the makers of myocardial injuries test results,as well as the time from admission to balloon dilation,and promots the treating effect.
