摘要
在加强医院党建工作和全面推进数字化改革的背景下,探讨数字党建在医院适老化建设中的关键作用。通过探讨数字党建引领下提升医院服务质量、促进党建工作与医疗服务深度融合,以及适老化服务中的问题及解决路径,推动医院更好地满足老年患者的多样化需求,为医疗改革提供创新思路和实践方案,促进医疗服务高质量发展。
In the context of strengthening hospital party building work and comprehensively promoting digital reform,this study explores the key role of digital party building in hospital elderly-friendly construction.By examining how digital party building enhances hospital service quality,promotes the deep integration of party building work and medical services,and addresses issues and solutions in elderlyfriendly services,the study aims to better meet the diverse needs of elderly patients.This provides innovative ideas and practical solutions for medical reform,promoting high-quality development of medical services.
