摘要
目的:了解老年人使用互联网诊疗情况及互联网医院适老化现状。方法:采用线上线下相结合的问卷调查方法,调查老年人使用互联网诊疗情况。调查共计452人,有效问卷350份,有效回收率77.43%。同时,通过关注互联网医院小程序、微信公众号或APP,调查2020年全国医院排名(复旦版)综合排行前50医院的互联网医院适老化程度,并具体调查重庆市某三甲医院互联网医院主要功能模块老年人使用情况。结果:手机是老年人搜索健康信息的主要途径(68.42%),但有超过25%的老年人无互联网就医经历。线上挂号使用率最高,老年人较少使用线上缴费、线上查询报告、线上咨询、线上核酸检测及复诊开方等互联网诊疗服务。调查的50所医院中仅4%的互联网医院设置了老人专区,适老化改造明显不足。结论:互联网医院适老化水平低,老年人使用互联网诊疗存在“数字鸿沟”。建议互联网医院开设老年专区,丰富“互联网+智慧养老”服务模式,并将老年人需求纳入系统开发。积极完善线上医保报销政策及互联网医院适老化改造方案,提升互联网医院适老化水平。
Objective:To understand the situation of older adults using Internet diagnosis and treatment and the aging-appropriate level of Internet hospitals.Methods:The combination of online and offline survey methods was adopted to investigate older adults using Internet diagnosis and treatment.A total of 452 people were investigated,and 350 valid questionnaires were collected,with effective recovery rate of 77.43%.To investigate the aging-appropriate suitability of Internet hospitals in the top 50 hospitals in the National Hospital Ranking(Fudan Edition)in 2020 based on mini-apps,Official Wechat Account or APP,and older adults using the main functional modules of the Internet hospital in a third-grade hospital in Chongqing.Results:The mobile phone was the main way for older adults to search for health information(68.42%).However,more than 25%of the elderly had no experience of medical treatment on the Internet.Online registration was the highest,but older adults less used Internet diagnosis and treatment services such as online payment,online inquiry reports,online consultation,online nucleic acid tests and follow-up prescriptions.Only 4%of Internet hospitals had set up special areas for older adults among the 50 hospitals surveyed,aging adaptation was insufficient.Conclusion:The low aging level of Internet hospitals was causing the"digital divide"of older adults using the Internet for medical treatment.The Internet hospitals should set up special areas for older adults and enrich the"Internet+Smart Elderly Care"service model,the needs of older adults were also incorporated into the system development.The online medical insurance reimbursement policy and the aging-appropriate renovation plan for Internet hospitals were actively improved,then the aging-appropriate level of Internet hospitals was improved.
